No purchase or payment is required to enter. The Contest period begins on October 1, 2008, at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST"), and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST"). To enter, visit Alfred Angelo's Web site at http://www.alfredangelobridal.com and fill out the sweepstakes entry form completely pursuant to the instructions set forth on the form. You will be asked to provide your name, your phone number, your address, your age and your e-mail address. Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form and click the "Submit/I Agree" button. Any other method of Internet entry is void. Entries by Internet must be received by Alfred Angelo on or before the last day of the contest period. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address. More than one (1) entry from an e-mail address will void all entries from that address. To enter without participating in the online registration, mail a 3" x 5" card, with hand-printed name, address, age and daytime phone number (with area code) to Alfred Angelo Bridal Gown Contest , 1301 Virginia Drive, Suite 110, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Limit one entry per person. Alfred Angelo is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or misdirected email or mail. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules will be void.

Each entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. On or about January 2, 2009 a potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Internet entries under the supervision of Alfred Angelo whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified by E-mail and/or mail on as soon as practical thereafter. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such selected winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received.

One winner will each receive 1 Alfred Angelo Bridal Gown or Alfred Angelo bridesmaid dresses (limit 4). (Approximate Retail Value: $800.00). Sizes and colors available may vary by style. (Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $800.00). All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Limit of one per person. All responsibilities of a minor who is a winner will be assumed by the minor's parents/legal guardian.

Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification, failing to do so will disqualify said winner and another entrant selected at random from all eligible entries. If any prize or prize e-notification or regular mail notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected from all eligible entries. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Alfred Angelo, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT ALFRED ANGELO, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS OR IN ANY CONTEST OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. The prize is not transferable and cannot be assigned or redeemed for cash, except that Alfred Angelo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available or for any other reason. The Sweepstakes is void in all jurisdictions where prohibited.

Alfred Angelo will only use data about entrants obtained from the entry forms for the administration of the sweepstakes and for Alfred Angelo's own market research. By clicking the "Submit/I Agree" button on the on-line registration, or submitting an entry by e-mail or mail, entrant agrees to such use of the personal data, which will be kept at Alfred Angelo's premises in 1301 Virginia Drive Suite 110, Fort Washington, PA 19034.

The Contest is intended for viewing and participation only in the United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. If the Internet portion of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, Alfred Angelo may modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Contest. Alfred Angelo assumes no responsibility for any malfunction of any telephone service or computer system or equipment.

All entries become the sole property of Alfred Angelo. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e- mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Alfred Angelo with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Alfred Angelo reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Alfred Angelo assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
