My color story is actually Turqouise and Silver but Marine blue best fits it's color for my bridesmaids. I just love this color and the elegance behind the color. It's an Ocean Blue color, a Midnight dream color, it's a color that can and coukd be worn any season. The color helps my skin tone to be noticed. This is my color story and I'm sticking to it

Pistachio normally would not be my first choice, but I wanted to find a way to incorporate my mom into my wedding. She passed away 6 years ago, so it's very important to me that her presence be there. Green is her favorite color and Pink is mine, so when I mixed Fushia and Pistachio, the colors spoke to me. They felt warm and happy. I probably would never have put them together if I hadn't came across the Alfred Angelo website because most websites do not let you put accent colors on dresses. I knew it was meant to be once I put a Pistachio trim on a Fushia dress! Thank you Alfred Angelo!

Purple is the color of my classroom. When I am teaching, I feel vibrant and energized. It wasn't my first choice of a classroom, but now, the color has become so integrated in my life, that it feels wrong to go to any other color!

When I began looking for colors I liked for my wedding, I came across a picture of a peacock and loved the hues which existed in a peacock's tail, namely "that cool dark blue-tealy color." After searching at the most expensive and the least expensive shops, I am happy to say that I purchased my dress today... I AM AN ALFRED ANGELO BRIDE!!!! I am marrying the man of my dreams on May 28, 2011 and I know that Alfred Angelo's "Tealness" is the perfect color for my girls! Thank you for being so wonderful, keeping up with the newest trends, and carrying colors which are IMPOSSIBLE to find everywhere else!

My colors are Black, Red and Purple. Black represents the hole I was in before I met my finace'. He showed me what true love really means and feels like. I was hurt my whole life and I had so many trust issues and he proved me wrong that you can trust someone and I am worthy of being loved. Red represents the Love that I now have unconditionally for him and the love he has for me. Purple represents our sons birthstone color. I'm taking what I was from the start to what we have become today. Which is a life of love I never thought I would have. I am very thankful.

I knew I wanted an earthy Green and Purple, but not sure which colors until I came across the Alfred Angelo booth at a Bridal show in Fort Worth! They had a sample swatch book and I took it home and knew right away I was going to go with Victorian Lilac and Celadon. Green is both my fiance and my favorite color so that was a given. As for choosing Purple my mom died in December of cancer before I got engaged in January. Her favorite color was Purple, so to honor her and have her be a part of my wedding, when I see the Purple dresses, flowers and details I'll know she is watching over me.

Charcoal with Eggplant or deep Purple, along with Black and White. Goes along with my wintery theme.

We are getting married in Hawaii, so it seemed only natural (pun intended) that we use Green as one of our main colors. Whether it's a huge grassy lawn or the clear bluish-green hue of the water, the color is calming and will bring out any splashes of color in the details.

The night I got engaged my mother and sister were already picking out colors for the wedding. The immediately thought of Cobalt and I was sold on it right away. It's so bright and it looks great on most skin tones, it brightens up any room and looks great against green grass in photos or with the ocean as a backdrop.

My story began with the Teal/ Aqua color when I got divorced 3 years ago. I changed everything in my house but chose the Teal/ Aqua color for my room because it was calming like being on a tropical island it would take me away from all the bad memories. That was my new begining and knew if I ever got married again this would be my color for the bridesmaids and decorations for a new beginning. Never thought I would be getting married again but to my suprise I am going to do it once again for the last time forever do us part. He has never been married and we are both looking forward to a happy ever after together.

I have always loved green...all shades! I love plants and studied botany and biology in college. My car is even green. So when it came time to pick my wedding colors, I knew I was going to have green as my color. When you have loved green all your life...it naturally will be incorporated in one of the biggest events in your life!

I have never been a girly girl but I think my wedding is when I get to feel like the prettest girl. When adding color to the wedding I think it just gives it that extra girly feeling and that's what I want because I was never the grily girl growing up.

I went out to look for bridesmaid gowns, knowing only that I wanted them to be some shade of Pink - and when I saw the Alred Angelo color swatches, I knew it had to be Fuschia. It reminded me of Barbie pink and I wanted my bridesmaids to look and feel as beautiful and glamorous as Barbie dolls!

Blue has always been my favorite color and just like my relationship with Frank, Blue has many different characteristics that make it unique. It is calming, stable and gives a sense of safety and security. It can be royal and regal and make you feel like a princess...just like Frank has made me feel for the first time in my life. The right hue adds a hint of mystery and excitement...(a little something that keeps the relationship fun!). And in some cultures Blue brings peace and is a sign of confidence. Blue is also the color most associated with boys. (Frank and I each have one son who will be standing with us on our special day!!) Of all the colors in the spectrum, Blue is definitely the perfect color for us!

Violet, Cherry and Persimmon are the colors of choice for our wedding. Purple is my favorite color and red/orange are the groom's. I decided to combine all three colors for an extravagent look and to demonstrate how although we are unique, our love blends together in a way like no other. After finding the colors in some flowers and showing them to the groom, when his face lit up, I knew those were the colors without a doubt.

My mother was the most important women in the world to me, and my dream was to have her be at my wedding to support me. She had been there for the births of my first two children, and at the time I thought that she would be there for everything. My mom passed away in 2008, from cancer, and ever since I knew that instead of having my favorite color for the wedding I would now use my moms favorite color, which is Purple, for my whole wedding, so that I feel like my mom is all around me on my wedding day, the one day that I really want her to be there!!!

Sunflower Yellow is my wedding color, because since Eric and I started dating, every time I have come home from a business trip he brings sunflowers to the airport to welcome me home. I travel A LOT with my job, so when I think of sunflowers it reminds me of coming home to Eric. What better way to celebrate our marriage than having sunflower yellow as our color to represent that I will be coming home to Eric forever :)

Once upon a time there was a young maiden who often wore nothing but stuffy suits and dark colors for her stuffy and dark job. But then a a prince came along and saw past the maidens dark and stuffy clothes to her beautiful tan skin, her greenish brown eyes and to her rainbow personality! Soon the couple were engaged and the maiden had to chose colors that would celebrate the couple. The Maiden choose to bring the combined colors Petunia and Glass Green with Ivory to represent their classic style, Petunia to represent their playful spirit and Glass Green to represent their future prosperity.
The colors blended wonderfully and created a spectacular palate for the couple nuptials! The story and tradition of the ALFRED ANGELO wedding was remembered for all of time, as the world's best happy ever after.
